adminLanguage teaching english around the world
I am very thankful that I grew up in a home where learning was emphasized. It has gone a long way to help me live a better quality of life. My mother was not content with me just learning English no she made sure that both me and my sister learned at least on more language. We both opted to learn Spanish, and are very thankful we did. It has helped us in almost every facet of our lives. It has made it a lot easier for us to find good paying jobs since we both work as translators. It has also helped us when we travel abroad, because almost all of the countries in the world speak either English or Spanish, of have communities that speak these languages. About 3 years ago I and my sister had the privilege of traveling to Central America and working with group that helps teaching English around the world.

adminLanguage Japanese schools
What you will learn in Japanese schools depends on what level you are studying in. The subjects they study include Japanese, mathematics, science, social studies, music, crafts, physical education, and home economics. Home economics is where simple cooking and sewing skills will be taught. More and more elementary schools have started teaching English, too. Information technology is increasingly being used to enhance education, and most schools have access to the Internet. Students also learn traditional Japanese arts like shodo (calligraphy) and haiku. Shodo involves dipping a brush in ink and using it to write kanji. It is the characters that are used in several East Asian countries and have their own meanings. And kana which is a phonetic character derived from kanji, in an artistic style. Haiku is a form of poetry developed in Japan about 400 years ago. A haiku is a short verse of 17 syllables, divided into units of five, seven, and five syllables. Haiku uses simple expressions to convey deep emotions to readers.
